Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
All returns require prior authorization. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns submitted without an RMA will not be accepted or processed.
Return Conditions
To maintain our commitment to quality and compliance, we ask that customers adhere to the following return requirements:
Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. This ensures specimen integrity and compliance with bio-handling standards.Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of product receipt. Due to the nature of biological materials, we cannot accept returns beyond this period. Product Condition: Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund. This includes products that have been removed from temperature-controlled packaging.Custom Orders: Products produced through custom serum processing or specialized collection services are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective or shipped in error. Restocking Fee: Approved returns of unopened, re-sellable inventory will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover quality assurance and handling costs.
Right to Decline Returns
JS Biologics reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria. All return requests are reviewed individually to ensure safety, compliance, and fairness.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped). We recommend using a
trackable, insured shipping service
to protect against loss or damage during return transit.
Damaged or Compromised Returns
We cannot issue refunds for products that are damaged upon return or compromised due to improper handling. Damage claims related to return shipping must be filed directly with the carrier. Please take care to
securely package all materials
when returning.
